			Fifth Grade Music Field Trip The Kennedy fifth grade attended a performance by Minnesota Orchestra at Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis on December 3rd. The opera, "Amahl and the Night Visitors" by Gian Carlo Menotti was presented by the Minnesota Orchesta,a ballet company and a number of singers. The singers included a sixth grader who sang the part of Amahl and spoke to the audience after the performance. The ballet was choreographed by incorporating American Sign Language with the beautiful dancing. It was a thrill to see the orchestra, ballet and singing combined.
