Advanced Geometry students will be introduced to the following topics: Essentials of Geometry, Reasoning and Proof, Parallel and Perpendicular Lines, Congruent Triangles, Relationships within Triangles, Similarity, Right Triangles and Trigonometry, Quadrilaterals, Properties of Transformations, Properties of Circles, Measuring Length and Area, Surface Area and Volume of Solids, and Geometric Constructions.

Pre-Algebra students will work with whole numbers, fractions, mixed numbers, decimals, integers, percent, and order of operations to solve problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Students will also be introduced to basic geometry, graphing and the coordinate plane, beginning Algebra, algebraic equations, and probability.

A Scientific Calculator is highly recommended!
