			FIRST GRADE ROCKS! Hi, I am Mrs. Huebsch, and I have been teaching kindergarten for 23 years and now I am looping with my class to first grade. I am very excited to have 18 of my students from last year and we have welcomed 6 new friends as well. We will share the next nine months together. I would like to assure you of my concern for your child's well-being and my commitment in making this year a positive school experience. HOPES & DREAMS We are excited to be in first grade and our hopes and dreams are to become better readers, writers and problem solvers.
						My Links Learn to Read at Starfall Literacy Center Educational Network Storytime from Barnes & Noble Curricular Areas We are busy learning our Daily Five Language Arts format which includes: Reading to Self, Writing to Self, Reading with Partner, Listening to Reading and Word Work. We are building our stamina at these activities so that I am able to personally work with your child to help them become a better reader and writer. So far we have been amazing! I LOVE FIRST GRADERS!
