			Background I have been teaching as a full time Speech-Language Pathologist(SLP) at Westwood for eleven years. This year I am working with approximately 38 students, kindergarten to fifth grade. Westwood is a great place to be! Following a career as a dental hygienist, I went back to school to get my masters degree in Communication Disorders. My first job as a SLP was at St. Cloud Hospital in the pediatric department. I went from there to Westwood. I work with students who have difficulty with articulation, language, social language, voice and fluency disorders. We work hard but try to have fun too.
