MAP Testing On April 29th we will be doing our last round of MAP Testing. Students have learned so much since winter testing and I am excited to see their progress. Please make sure that your child is getting enough sleep. Studies show that children in 2nd grade should be to bed no later than 8:00 p.m. Some need even more sleep than that. You know your child's needs best. Also make sure your child is eating a healthy diet. Adequate sleep and a healthy diet are things that you have control of that make a huge difference in how well your child can learn and perform at school. Thank you so much for contributing to your child's success at school! At the bottom of the page you will find a link to practice tests and activities your child can do on the computer to help prepare for the MAP tests. Please use them as a review tool. Ms. Balfany Ms. Balfany is entering the two week period of time that she will be doing her full time teaching. That means that she will lead the class and I will be assisting her. She is doing a wonderful job as a teacher candidate and I trust that you are hearing great things about her at home. |
