			Classroom Happenings In reading we are working on Kids Cafe where students make choices each day about the learning they will do in Language Arts. They pick Read to Self and choose from Word Work, Work on Writing, and Read to Someone as a second round. As students are independent learners it allows me to work in small groups and have one-on-one conferences with students. Ask your child to tell you about Kids Cafe! Thank you for helping your child remember to read 100 minutes each week and to return their calendars to school each day in their home/school folder.
