			Link Crew For the past four years, freshmen have transitioned into the Apollo learning environment with the help of the Link Crew program. Link Crew is based on the philosophy that students can help students succeed and relies on the leadership abilities of current junior and senior students On December 7th, Link Crew Leaders facilitated a fifty minute lesson on "Shaping and Managing Time." Link Leaders talked to their freshmen about time management and the importance of setting goals. Our next Link Crew activity will be the annual Winter Pepfest on December 20th. At that time we celebrate all the freshmen who made the A or B honor Roll and those who had perfect attendance to school.
						My Links Link Crew PBIS Attendance Attendance to class is a huge indicator of overall academic success. At Apollo we work hard to ensure students are attending their classes. Everyday automated voice mail messages are sent home to parent(s)/Guardians of students who have missed a class. We meet with students in regards to attendance every day and we also work very closely with the county to ensure we are doing everything we can to motivate students to attend class.
