			Language Arts 10 Focusing on reading comprehension and analysis of non-fiction, this class prepares students for the MCA-II test. We will also explore novels and drama and review scholarly writing. One section is co-taught with Karen Tschida. Language Arts 9 -- Writing Concentrating on the five paragraph essay, students enhance their written communication skills for use in high school and beyond as well as MCA-II test preparation. Students also read and react to a novel.
