			Course Overviews World History We will study the world from pre-history to the start of World War 1. We will be learning about culture, technology and our collective past. The course is two trimesters long. AP World History The AP World History class is designed to be on the same skill level as a 100 level college course. Nightly reading is required, because of the fast pace. The students will also learn to write academic essays and construct arguments at the college level. Activities Notices ** Apollo Political Club ** FIRST MEETING September 16th Election of officers to follow APC is a group of students dedicated to following politics and the election process. We are a multi-party group lead by the students! ** Future Problem Solving ** I WILL BE RETIRING FROM FPS AND NOT COACHING IT THIS YEAR. IT HAS BEEN A GREAT RUN FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS! I HOPE THAT A BETTER PERSON MAY BE FOUND TO LEAD THE TEAM TO THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL. THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES.
